Some people think you need to be a great sales person to be a great network marketer.  Phooey on that.  You need to be a great duplicator, that’s all.  We often do the same exact things (If we’re doing it right, that is) for every new person we sponsor.  Wouldn’t it be great if there were some innovative ways to use social media to reduce some of that redundancy?  Well, lucky for you, we’ve gone into our secret lab and come out with a few awesome ways to do just that:

  1. Since so much of our success is contained in connecting with people, (and there’s only one of you, right?) why not use YouTube to record a. Your Story  b. A “thanks for being Facebook friends” video c. A testimonial video of you and your team?  If you put your mind to it, there are dozens of ways you can use YouTube to reduce redundancy.
  2. Facebook:  Record welcome videos and training videos to send to your team.  Send them in an email.  Post them to your group wall.  SUPER excited about a new person on the team?  Record a short video with them and post to your group wall to introduce them.  Awesome!
  3. Facebook:  Write a note (here’s mine) that tells your bullet-point story.  Link to your Facebook bio.  Link to any other interests you have that are on the web.  Remember, we’re looking for connecting points here.  Don’t forget the phrase I utter 1000 times in the Ninja Tactics Training Course: “People like people that are like themselves, and they work with people they like”.
  4. Screen Capture Videos:  (with Screenflow, Camtasia, or any other screen cap apps)  Record yourself going through pertinent training like your company website or any individual training sites.  Show the new person how to navigate through the chaff, and find the exact information they need.
  5. I’m sure you can come up with ALL kinds of new ways.  Share them in the comments!

Finally!! I listened to the training call and I love that they are concise and less than 15 minutes. Working in network marketing part time and my “job” I have limited time and many requests for conference and training calls. It was so refreshing to click on your call Michael, find content, links and a short video to guide me.
